TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&Cs)


Terms and Conditions are stated below. This is to have a safe platform for customers and the shop. It is implemented in all group orders. Note that orders are processed only when the customer has agreed to the T&Cs.

ㅤGENERAL POLICIES

  1. Item designs released, sold, and created by Areum Shop may not be scanned, redistributed or reproduced.

  2. Areum Shop PH has the right to revise the Terms and Conditions any time. Notification via a Twitter post will be done.

  3. Submitting an order form equates to accepting and following the given Terms and Conditions.



ORDERING POLICIES

  1. Only fill out the forms if you are 100% sure that you will order.

  2. The customer is willing to be patient in waiting for orders since all items are pre-ordered unless otherwise stated.

  3. Areum PH accepts cancellation of orders as long as there are sufficient reasons. To ensure customers stay responsible for every order made, a cancellation fee of HALF the total order price, capped at 200php.

PAYMENT POLICIES

  1. Proof of payment must include the name of the customer. For Palawan payments, there must be a handwritten name in the receipt. While for online payments in GCash and PNB, a typewritten name in the remarks section (available before finally sending the payment in the Gcash/PNB application).

  2. Payments may be done only after a confirmation mail is sent.

  3. The proof of payment (POP) must be attached to AREUM'S Payment Form unless your order is on a pay as you order basis. By submitting an order, payment deadlines must be complied to make things easier for both parties. The item will not be shipped out without completion of payment for the item and for shipping. A penalty of 50php will be given every succeeding day after the payment deadline.

  4. Late payers and other offenders will be recorded and labelled as a bogus buyer (posted on Twitter).



PRODUCT POLICIES

  1. Areum Shop Ph is not liable for any defects, delays, or other problems during production and shipment from Kr to Ph and Ph to your houses for official merchandise.

  2. For major damages caused by international couriers, ample compensation will be given upon discussion within Areum Shop Ph. An email will be sent to the buyers to notify them about the issue and possible compensation, if in the case of extensive damage found in their items.

  3. For the shop merchandise, we always check the items before sending it to you. For defects and other concerns, the shop only accepts VIDEOS before opening the packages for consideration of a refund/return.

  4. Refunds/compensation will not be issued for items damaged due to the mishandling of local couriers and lost parcels in local shipping. However, we will do our best in coordinating with the local couriers in retrieving your items.

General questions were collected and answered to provide customers with information about the shop.

CONCERNS/INQUIRY


1. I have a concern/inquiry that is not in the FAQs. Where can I contact you?
You can email us at [email protected] with your order code for inquiries. Send us a DM if we fail to reply within 24hrs of your submission. Email conversations are preferred for the shop to be able to track your concerns formally.


2. Can I change my order details? (shipping address, mode of delivery, etc)
Yes, until the shipping of your group order starts. To change, email us with your order code and the things that you want to change.


3. When is the ETA?
All group orders are under NORMAL ETA (via Sea Cargo) unless said otherwise. It takes 3-4 weeks after being onhand at our Korean address before goods from Korea to the Philippines arrive. Let's be patient in our orders! :)

ORDERING


1. How do I order?
The group order tweet usually comes with the order form link as well. Fill the order form out and everything else will follow. If you cannot find the order form link in the tweet, maybe it is on a DM to order basis.


2. Cognito Forms emailed me. Is that my confirmation mail?
No, it is not. The shop will send a formal mail to confirm your order from email [email protected].


3. I still haven't received my order confirmation from [email protected]. What will I do?
Order confirmations are usually sent 24-48 hours after submission. You may also try to check your email's spam section. If you still cannot find it, kindly leave us an email or a message on Twitter.


4. Where can I see my order code?
Kindly check your email from Cognito Forms once you have submitted your form. It will be written as the subject of the mail. Please refer to the picture as a guide. It will also be included in the masterlist for your group order, once posted and emailed.


CANCELLATION


1. Can I cancel my order/s?
Yes. However, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of your total supposed bill capped at 300php.

1. Where can I track/check updates?

You may also check the masterlist’s mass update board and order status. A mass update includes all the updates regarding most, if not all ongoing group orders.

2. Where can I find my tracking number?
In the masterlist order status tab, a tracking number will be available once the parcel is shipped. Please check your order information/status there.


3. When will you update the masterlist/my order status?
Updates are done usually every Saturday. However, an update will be posted on Twitter at various times to remind and keep you posted on your orders.


PAYMENTS


1. What are your modes of payment?
BDO, Palawan, Cebuana, and GCash.


2. Where will I send my proof of payment?
You may submit your proof of payment in AREUM’s payment form. Please send your payment only when your order has been confirmed by the shop through a mail by [email protected] and not Cognito Forms. Payment reminders are included in the confirmation mail. Please follow them!


3. Is my payment confirmed?
A payment confirmation mail will also be sent from [email protected] once we have viewed your payment form. In the case of conflicts/inquiries (unclaimable, insufficient payment, etc.), the shop will contact you for verification of receipt. You may also check the masterlist, under the "Payment Status" tab.


4. Where is the reference number or the transaction code for the payment form?
Please refer to the picture as a guide.


5. I forgot to pay within the payment period. Can I pay beyond the deadline?
Yes, you can still pay but a penalty fee of 50php every succeeding day will be added to your bill. The shop may contact customers who failed to pay and verify if they wish to continue their order.


6. Can I pay the local shipping fee only before/upon arrival to PH?
Yes, you can. We’ll also email you about your balance if it is still not paid after the items’ arrival to PH. Though, paying earlier is still recommended.

7. My payment status says "-amount" (eg. -220). What does it mean?
It means that you still have a balance of that amount. You still need to pay that amount in order to complete the payment for your order.

8. Where do I pay my remaining balance (LSF, etc.)?
You may submit your proof of payment in AREUM’s balances form. This is different from the usual payment form.

NOTE: The shipping rates are subject to change when buying more than three (3) items due to change of weight and size set. It might also not change depending on the courier. If there is a change it will reflect on the masterlist.

Additionals:
Boxes (150php)
Recommended for orders with more than 3 items. Boxes are provided by supported couriers.
Poster Tube (70php)
One tube can fit 1-4 posters.
Cardboard (50php)
This will allow additional protection aside from bubble wraps. The items will be sandwiched between cardboards.One

Posted are rates for standard size set by the shop (1-3kg). Rates are subject to change due to courier, size, weight, or quantity of goods. The shop will be reviewing your form and will contact you in the case of price change. If you opt for branch pick-up, please indicate the branch's address in your order form.


2. Can I pay the local shipping fee only before/upon arrival to PH?
Yes, you can. We’ll also email you about your balance if it is still not paid after the items’ arrival to PH. Though, paying earlier is still recommended.


3. What is with the cardboard in the additionals? Do I have to avail it?
All orders are bubble-wrapped even with the same-day deliveries (Lalamove, etc). The cardboard is only for additional protection, and it is optional. In availing it, your items will be sandwiched between cardboards. Do not fret as we always take care of your orders.


4. What is with the poster tube? How many posters can fit?
Poster tube, from its name, is a container for your posters. By availing it, you will receive your posters rolled and not folded. This is also optional of course. 4-5 posters usually fit in one tube.

5. Do you do meetups? Are there schedules?
ECQ NOTE: No meetups.


6. Where can I see my order ID/number?
Kindly check your email from Cognito Forms once you have submitted your form. It will be written as the subject of the mail. Please refer to the picture as a guide. It will also be included in the masterlist for your group order, once posted and emailed.


7. Where can I find my tracking number?
In the masterlist order status tab, a tracking number will be available once the parcel is shipped. Please check your order information/status there.


8. Do you do combined shipping?
We only allow combined shipping if the ETAs are near to each other or unless said so. Please input in the remarks section your other order codes when ordering! As unexpected things happen that could cause delays, we recommend not paying for the local shipping fee (LSF) first and then asking us weeks later or near arrival time if combined shipping is possible before finally paying the LSF. You may email your requests at [email protected] along with your order codes. There is no guarantee we will allow it as it adds storage to our facility and a chance of missing items/order confusions.


9. Where is my parcel at?
Provided with your tracking number found in the masterlist order status tab, please click your respective courier to redirect you to their parcel tracking website.
